This bath sponge has a unique interlocking of knots which creates a uniform mesh made of 100% nylon. It is highly durable, long lasting and never loses its exfoliating abilities for years ( we recommend replacing it every 1- 2 years). It's machine washable, easily compacts for travel and dries quickly

- Before first use, heat in boiling water to soften the texture if desired.
- Wet your body before starting to use the sponge!
- Moisten the sponge and add your favorite soap and work into a rich lather
- After your shower, rinse then shake the sponge to remove any water and allow to dry.
--Use 3 times per week on normal to dry skin or daily on oily skin.
